Customize the new PhishHunter notifications

The latest improvements to PhishHunter rules and notifications are live, giving you more automation options after employees report a suspicious email.

Send PhishHunter notifications to internal teams

The PhishHunter Orchestration Center now allows you to automatically deliver notifications to any recipient at your organization when an employee-reported email matches your custom rule. This gives you the opportunity to alert your security or incident response teams when an employee-reported email matches your set criteria.

Attach the reported email to notifications

You can also attach employee-reported emails to PhishHunter notifications and deliver them to your internal teams, enabling them to easily catalog or diagnose employee-reported threats.

What else is new

Improved UI when customizing training resources

We made it easier to build, edit and preview training content within Infosec IQ by extending the width of our most commonly used pages and editors.

UI improvements are live for the following pages and features:

  • AwareEd, PhishSim and PhishHunter email notification editors
  • PhishSim phishing template editor
  • PhishSim data entry template editor
  • PhishSim education editor
  • AwareEd mandatory policy editor

Direct SMTP for G Suite

G Suite users now have the ability to enable direct SMTP sending for AwareEd and PhishSim emails. If you’d prefer to use direct SMTP to deliver Infosec IQ emails, contact your Client Success Manager.
