What is the difference between a Personal and Teams subscription?
Both Personal and Teams subscriptions include unlimited access to all of the courses, learning paths, cyber ranges, projects, skill assessments and practice exams in Infosec Skills. Teams subscriptions include additional features for admins, such as the ability to invite and revoke learners from a Teams account as well as the ability to organize learners into groups, assign them content and report on their learning progress. In addition, Teams subscriptions come with a dedicated client success manager and discounts for live boot camps.
Will I be charged now for my free trial?
If your Infosec Skills subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged until your free trial period is over, which is usually seven days from the day your account is created. If you cancel your account during your free trial period, you will not be charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time under "User Settings" when logged into your account.
How long is my free trial?
Personal Infosec Skills subscriptions include an optional seven-day free trial. If you select this option, you will not be charged for your subscription until your trial period is over. Infosec Skills Teams trials are available by request.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts. The more Infosec Skills licenses you have, the more you can save. If you enroll your team in any Infosec Skills live boot camps or use Infosec IQ security awareness and phishing training, you can save even more. Can I transfer a license if someone leaves the company?
Infosec Skills Teams licenses are not transferable.
How long does it take to implement Infosec Skills?
Infosec Skills is easy to implement and scalable for your entire organization. It takes less than a minute to invite your learners via CSV upload. Once added, learners get instant access to all the training content in Infosec Skills. You can also organize learners into groups, assign them content that’s aligned with your business objectives and monitor their progress with the team reporting and administration features included with every Teams subscription.
What support services are included?
Infosec Skills Teams subscriptions come with a dedicated client success manager to answer any questions and get your team learning new skills as quickly as possible. Our support team is also available to address any requests from both team and personal clients.
How do we access the Infosec Skills platform?
No special equipment is required to access Infosec Skills. Simply log into your account and start learning. If you are able to browse most websites without issues, then you should not have any issues accessing Infosec Skills. You can find live boot camp training dates and enroll in an upcoming boot camp by searching our list of available boot camps.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club payments from customers worldwide for Infosec Skills personal subscriptions.
