We are using the course materials as a reference at my job! In addition, our instructor was not only knowledgeable with the material but was extremely helpful with explaining the material because he related his real life work experience to the course material. He was very patient with answering my questions, gave lots of reference information and demoed several tools that can be used in the workplace. I like when instructors make themselves available beyond the classroom for assistance. He was so great, I would like for him to come do a training on-site at my job.
