Infosec IQ release: Training recommendations enhance the way your employees learn

November 22, 2019

Training content recommendations are live on the learner dashboard, empowering your employees to take an active role in their cybersecurity education. With the latest release, we also introduce the Need to Know 12-Month Program Plan, PhishNotify™ for Gmail and more.

Content recommendations arrive on the learner dashboard

Thanks to your favorite TV, movie and video streaming platforms, the way we consume content has fundamentally shifted. Your employees don’t just prefer content tailored to their interests and preferences, they expect it. Security awareness and training content isn’t any different.

Our content recommendation engine provides elective content personalized to each learner, empowering them to take an active role in their cybersecurity education.

Content recommendations are served on each learner’s personalized dashboard. The dashboard displays one recommended training module for each core behavior the employee has not completed in the past 12 months. If the learner completes training on all nine core behaviors, the recommendation section is hidden.

Note: To disable content recommendations on the learner dashboard, adjust the Learner Experience configuration from the Account settings.
