Try the Learner Scorecard dashboard

The latest addition to our library of dashboard reports is live, giving you a summary of employee risks and behaviors. The Learner Scorecard highlights employee- and department-level cybersecurity risk and includes a comprehensive list of individual learner grades and activities.

If you haven’t already, be sure to explore the entire library of dashboard reports and talk to your client success manager if you have any questions.

Note: Dashboard reports will replace all existing Infosec IQ reporting functionality in the coming months. In the meantime, all existing Infosec IQ reports will continue to function as normal.

This gives you the ability to assign the same, award-winning training to employees throughout the world or allow your learners to self-select their preferred training language and receive the same, great experience.

Customize sender on email notifications

You can now customize the sender from name and email prefix on all notifications sent from Infosec IQ to brand communications to your organization or security team and increase employee engagement.

By default, Infosec IQ delivers notifications using the following:

  • From name: Infosec IQ Notifications
  • Email prefix: notifications@domain.com

Navigate to Account Settings > Campaign Notifications to configure your notifications.

Example configuration:

  • From name: ACME Cybersecurity Training
  • Email prefix: acmetraining@domain.com

With this update and the existing custom domain options, you can now customize every component of your learner notifications.
