Animated phishing education added to top templates

15 animated phishing education pages were added to Infosec IQ earlier this month. These education pages are now selected as the phishing education for the most frequently used phishing templates in Infosec IQ including all templates and pre-built batteries used in the 12 month program plan.

The new animated phishing education pages feature training targeted to specific attacks including:

• Message from the boss
• Change your password
• Contest winner
• Money transfer
• Delivery notification
• Fake invoice
• Social media phishing
• And more

The evolution of global administration

What’s new?

Global administrators can now build phishing templates in any sub-account and make them available in every account they manage. This makes it easier for managed service providers or administrators managing multiple programs to deliver custom training curriculum to every sub-account.

How it works

Step 1: Log into a sub-account from your global dashboard

Step 2: Create a phishing template or edit an existing template

Step 3: Share the template with all sub-accounts

Once shared, global administrators and account administrators can add the phishing template to any PhishSim™ campaign. Account administrators cannot make any changes to the shared phishing template, but can copy and edit templates as needed.

Shared phishing templates are created as single, shared assets. This means when a global administrator edits or deletes a shared template, the update takes place in every sub-account.

What’s up next?

Global administrators will soon have the ability to build and share AwareEd™ campaign notifications, using the same logic as shared courses and phishing templates.
