Infosec Skills release: New layout, new features, new content

February 04, 2020

The Infosec Skills learner experience just got a big upgrade. Learners can now easily view learning path progress and automatically advance to the next course in their learning path, making it even easier to accomplish their next training goal. In addition, nearly 20 new learning paths are currently in development for the first quarter of 2020.

Quickly view learning path progress

With the new learning path view, your team members can quickly preview all the training content within each path, dive directly into the next video in their training, or explore any other resources within the path, including:

  • Digital courseware
  • Cloud-hosted cyber ranges
  • Hands-on projects
  • Skill assessments
  • Custom practice exams
  • Infosec community forums

The new interface provides learners with an at-a-glance view of progress on each item in the learning path. Team admins can easily monitor and report on their team training goals using the team administration features within Infosec Skills.

Maximize learning with an improved course experience

We’ve simplified course navigation by automatically queuing up the next training video within each course. When the last video within a course plays, learners will be prompted to start the next course in the series.

Learners can always see what video is next in the “Up Next” section of their learning path.
