Course description

Being safe and being professional are two key factors for success as an IT professional. In this course, you’ll take a closer look at the fundamentals of professional communication, physical safety and the tools of the trade, following it up with a step-by-step examination of the CompTIA troubleshooting theory. Get prepared before you get to work, and you’ll be on track for success!
