Course description

Trojan horses are named after the famous wooden horse of Troy, where a seemingly innocent item hid something dangerous. Modern Trojans might not be concealing fifty irritable Greek warriors, but in the hands of a skilled ethical hacker, they can still cause a lot of damage. You’ll explore the role of Trojans and backdoors in an ethical hack, including using Netcat as a Trojan, hiding and detecting backdoor activity and using rootkits to cover your tracks.
