Course description
Now that you have assembled a high-performing, engaged and empowered team, you are ready to get started with the planning of the project. This course will explore how planning includes all aspect of a project, including budget, schedule, scope, quality, project activities, procurement and closure. Students will see why the project manager needs to determine the appropriate project methodology or method at the beginning of the project. This lesson addresses tasks from the Process domain of the PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO).
