Course description
Now that we have a project plan and have determined the requirements, we are ready to execute the project. This course shows our efforts coming to fruition as the project team starts doing the work of the project. During this course, you’ll see how the ultimate goal is to deliver business value to the customer. This course addresses tasks from the Process domain of the PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO).
