Course description
This course will explore how the success of your projects depends on the people involved. It presents how why project team members are vital to doing the work of the project efficiently and effectively. At the beginning of each lesson, you will see references to how the lessons maps to the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Content Outline (ECO). The ECO tasks addressed in each lesson will be noted next to the lesson’s objectives. This lesson addresses the People domain of the PMP ECO.
