Michael Born

Michael Born is a Security Consultant for the Solutionary Professional Security Services. Michael joined Solutionary in Summer 2012, working with the ActiveGuard Implementation team. He then joined the Offensive Security Services team within the Solutioanry Professional Security Services group in Summer 2013 as an Associate Security Consultant. He was promoted to Security Consultant in the summer of 2014. Michael holds the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), the Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH v.7) certifications, and is responsible for the Mobile Application Security Assessment methodology used by the Offensive Security Services Professional Security Services group.

When not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, serving at his church, programming in Python and C, and increasing his knowledge in Offensive Security techniques. He also spends his free time speaking on mobile application security and participates in several local chapters of major security organizations. In 2014, Michael joined the Omaha/Lincoln Chapter of OWASP as a Chapter Co-Leader.

In a former career, Michael may or may not have served as a meteorologist for several small, medium and large television stations across the Midwest.
