I love the portal. It worked well and was easy to navigate. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. He was clear, concise and a wealth of knowledge. He taught the material in a way that I can, and already have, applied to my work. He provided a great deal of supplemental material and provided resources for the critical information we would need as CISMs.
