InfoSec Institute is a growing company, and we are looking to hire!
We put employees first.
Burn that red tape. No clock-watching needed. You won't be a number or a cog. We're small enough that you will know everybody's name. And even some of their some quirks.
But we like it that way.
Growing our team and bringing in the right people is the most important job we have. Every new hire is vital to the continued success of our business.
That's definitely a cliché at larger organizations, but if you've every worked at an boutique company or owner-run business, you know it's true.
You also know that the feeling of truly being needed cannot be replaced by a Herman Miller chair (although we have those) or corner office lake views (...well, 1 out of 2 isn't bad).
In business for over 14 years. Growth every year. Very low turnover.
It's usually difficult to have that small-company feel in a stable business setting. But that's exactly the point where we are right now. We're big enough and stable enough to offer a stable career move with above-market earning potential and the ability to influence the future of a business - while keeping all of the little things that we like.
We're always hiring good people. Always. But check below for the most urgent positions. If you think you'd like to join our team and build a company, let us know! 708-689-0131.
